In using this website you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TCCD, the lender and associates, from and against any claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including all costs of legal proceedings and attorneys' fees, arising in connection with use of this website by you, or in connection with a violation or breach of these terms by you, including without limitation, your violation of any laws governing communications or intellectual property.

Note to California Residents. The lender is licensed in the state of California.
